Terms and Conditions

Overview

  1. The SUGARFREE Club is Sorella Indulgence’s loyalty and rewards program, designed to thank and celebrate our community of chocolate lovers across South Africa.
  2. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the conditions on which we offer the SUGARFREE Club.
  3. These Terms, together with our website Terms and Conditions and any applicable South African laws or regulations, govern participation in the Club.
  4. By joining the SUGARFREE Club, you agree and consent to receiving communications from us (unless you opt out), including emails, SMS, mail, push notifications or other methods, in line with our Privacy Policy.
  5. “Sorella”, “we”, “us” or “our” means Sorella Distributors (Pty) Ltd, trading as Sorella Indulgence.
  6. By enrolling, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Membership Eligibility

  1. Membership is free and open to individuals residing in South Africa who are 18 years or older. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s approval to join.Your parent or guardian will need to read these Terms. We will assume, if you are under 18 when you join, that you have complied with these requirements.
  2. Businesses, groups or organizations may not register for the club.
  3. Joining the SUGARFREE Club is easy. Sorella reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate membership if these Terms are breached. 

Benefits of the Club

  1. Members enjoy exclusive access to offers, promotions, early product launches,
    and seasonal surprises.
  2. Benefits may vary and are subject to availability.
  3. Rewards are personal to each member and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Communication

  1. By joining, you consent to receive club updates via email, SMS or other digital channels.
  2. You may opt out at any time, though opting out may limit your ability to receive rewards or updates.

Fair Use

  1. Membership must be used for personal purposes only.
  2. Abuse of membership privileges, including fraudulent activity or misuse, may result in termination.

Privacy and Data

  1. Personal information collected will be used to manage your membership, send
    you rewards, and improve the Club experience.
  2. Data will be processed in accordance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Club

  1. Sorella may update, suspend or end the SUGARFREE Club at any time, with
    reasonable notice provided to members.
  2. Continued membership following updates to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
