Indulgence is my middle name. I’m a rich, dark, dairy-free chocolate ganache made without sugar, set inside a shell of sugar-free Belgian dark chocolate. For maximum effect, I’m lightly dusted with fine cocoa powder. Sometimes I make you see stars.
